CANCELLATION POLICY
Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours with no communication will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations or rescheduling with no communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be applied to any future service. Fees must be paid in full before rescheduling. You are allowed one reschedule. Please note that if multiple reschedules occur, the original deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to confirm your next appointment. Rescheduling due to sickness: If you are feeling sick, please stay home! To ensure both your health and the safety of others, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date when you're feeling better. If you arrive and appear to be ill we reserve the right to refuse service. Arriving on time: If you are running late, please communicate with an eta! Your service will be cancelled and The card on file will be charged 100% of the service if there is no communication or if you are more than 15 minutes late. In the event you are unsatisfied with your service result, please reach out within 7 days to arrange a complimentary adjustment. No refunds are offered at this time. Thank you!
